FBC Cleveland

• FBC Cleveland teamed with MG+A to complete a master plan and Phase 1 relocation, which allowed them to move from a downtown campus to a new 38 acre site.
• The master plan includes over 250,000 sf of facilities with a central Commons area that opens to a large amphitheater and outdoor area.
• Phase 1 includes nearly 95,000 sf of worship (1,400 seats), education, and commons/fellowship space.
