Baptist Village Skilled Nursing Facility

• MG+A partnered with Baptist Village Retirement Communities to provide a new master plan and new facilities for its Waycross and Macon, GA campuses.
• The Waycross campus master plan allowed for the development of a full Continuum Care Retirement Community complete with all levels of care from Independent Living Villas to Skilled Nursing.
• The first phase of the master plan provided replacement facilities for the existing Skilled Nursing Facility.
• 254 bed facility encompassing over 120,000 sf
• Features include central nursing stations for each wing, large dining facilities and commons area for residents and visitors.
