Valley View Baptist

• MG+A has provided two phases of design and construction for Valley View Baptist church.
• Phase 1 included a 1,000 seat worship center and atrium in the late 90’s.
• In 2011, a new master plan was completed to address current and future facility development due to solid growth rates.
• Facilities included (i) the conversion of an existing Gym to a student facility with 250 seats for worship and a large relational area with cafe, seating, gaming areas, etc.; (ii) 2nd story mezzanine addition for small group space within the current gym; (iii) conversion of older Adult Education space into a large Administration suite; (iv) major exterior renovations to better aesthetically tie existing facilities together; and (v) addition of 200 parking spaces.
