Valleydale Church

• MG+A partnered with Valleydale Church to assist in property search, site due diligence and master planning for a relocation project to a new 45 acre campus.
• Phase I consisted of a 90,000 sf facility that included a multi-use space with two full-length basketball courts adjacently positioned that can be converted to a worship and fellowship space; allowing Valleydale to operate a large Upwards Basketball program on Saturdays and then seat up to 2,000 for worship on Sunday in the same space.
• On the bottom floor there is 35,000 sf of space dedicated to children and preschool space.
• Phase 2 was completed within a year of the first phase and included a 35,000 SF addition that houses Valleydale’s KidStuff children’s ministry complete with a 2-level stage.  Additional classrooms and youth space were also included.
