Charter Communications

• As part of its growth and expansion in the Southeast, Charter Communications needed to add another Call Center in Central Alabama. Looking for an existing facility with sufficient parking, Charter invested in a retrofit of a former Winn-Dixie grocery store.
• MG+A completed design and construction on the approximate 30,000 sf facility.
• The vast majority of the space was designed as office and open cubicle space for its call center staff.
• A retail center was also included at the front of the facility.
