Brentwood Baptist: Station Hill

MG&A was engaged to identify viable property to plan and develop a permanent regional campus for Brentwood Baptist’s Church at Station Hill after growing to over 600 in a temporary location.
A 30 acre piece of property was located and MG+A completed site due diligence, master planning and achieved zoning / site plan approval.
Phase 1 completed in 2015 includes a 50,000 sf facility with a 700 seat worship facility, spacious commons and two story education facility for all age groups.
Phase 2 completed in 2019 includes a 14,000 sf addition for students and adults with 16 classrooms and a 200 seat worship venue.
