Cottage Hill Baptist

Prior to design and construction, MG&A completed a comprehensive Master Plan for the 45 acre campus that had nearly 200,000 sf of existing facilities. The first phase of the master plan completed in 2007 includes:

• renovation of 29,000 sf for a new children’s facility
• addition of a family life center to be used by the church and Christian Academy
• new youth and children’s facilities complete with a 250 seat children’s theater
• addition of an approximate 20,000 SF central welcome atrium and vision center complete with an 2 indoor play areas, a café and bookstore
