Landlocked on its historic downtown campus, FBC Cordele purchased 44 acres out in a future growth area to be able to expand its ministry.
Master Planning was completed showing the ultimate build-out of facilities and parking.
Phase 1 includes a worship center, commons and education wing.
Long term, the Phase 1 worship center will easily convert to the primary commons in the master plan once a new worship center is built.
A large recreational complex is also planned to be used in community outreach.
